Charity Miller has decided to step down as Head Coach and leave the club. Twinkle HC would like to thank Charity for all her efforts and contribution and wish her well in the future.

Simon Mwangi, the club CEO, said: “Charity leaves with the sincerest thanks and best wishes of everyone at Twinkle HC after exceptional service to the club. While we are sad to see her go, we respect and understand Charity’s decision.

“Charity has been an excellent coach who has worked tirelessly to help develop the strong squad which is now challenging for the Women’s Super League title.

“We are grateful for the steady leadership Charity has shown, and, while she is now stepping away from day-to-day involvement, she will always be welcome back to the club.”

Charity Miller said, “After a lot of thought and deliberation, I have decided to leave the club. I want to place on record my thanks to all of the players, coaches and management. It has been a real pleasure to work with a great group of people and I have made some long-lasting friendships.
“Thank you for the opportunity granted and above the memories with the team. I will cherish them forever.”

Dennis Mwanzo, who was serving as Charity’s assistant coach, has also stepped down. We wish him all the best in his future endeavours.

Assistant Coach Emmanuel Wiswa will take charge of the team as Interim Head Coach and we will make an appointment as soon as possible.
