Teams will be allowed to register only 12 players and 2 officials. Both local and international teams are encouraged to register. Each team will be required to pay a registration fee of KES. 7,000 for the tournament.

Registration is open from 5th September 2025 and closses on 22nd September 2025.

Registration Teams will be given a span of one week between 23rd September 2025 and 29th September 2025 to make any necessary amendments to their teams.
